Goal focus is the common theme that is shared by all successful teams and individuals.
Success means the achievement of a worthwhile and valuable goal. Therefore, goal setting is the first step to goal achievement; because you cannot achieve a goal you never set.
Once you have set the goal, then you need to communicate it to the others; because you need the others’ cooperation, in order to achieve the goal. Now, the level of your communication skills becomes very important.

The third element you need to develop is your ability to correct others when they do something wrong, in a manner that does not upset the cooperative spirit between you.
In order to succeed, we need to know how to set goals, communicate the clearly to the others and how to gain and keep their cooperative help, especially when things go wrong.
Your personal success is defined by your skill at setting goals and gaining sufficient cooperation from others to achieve the goals.

The Training Method

All our trainings are based on the Lineo CoachingTM unique and innovative method of teaching. Lineo CoachingTM was developed by Marta S. Toth and combine knowledge and techniques of Coaching, NLP and Mediation.

The training method follows this general pattern – the training is very interactive and inovative:
• The trainer gives a clear explanation of the point in question with specific examples.
• Then, the delegates practice by doing an exercise with each other.
• The delegates practice by doing exercise with the trainer.
• Delegates are asked to write down an associated action, for each point made.

Training Details

Please note all our training courses include two coaching sessions for each participants. The coaching sessions can be 1-on-1 (at our office), via telephone or Skype.
